Good Advice for 2010

1. Drink plenty of water.
2. Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a beggar.
3. Eat more foods that grow on trees and plants. Eat less food that is manufactured in plants.
4. Live by the three E's -- Energy, Enthusiasm and Empathy.
5. Play more games.
6. Read more books than you did in 2009.
7. Sit in silence for at least 10 minutes each day.
8. Sleep for at least 7 hours each night.
9. Take a 30 minute walk each day. While you walk, smile.
10. Don't compare your life to others. You have no idea what their journey is about.
11. Don't have negative thoughts about things that are beyond your control.
12. Keep your limits, don't over do it.
13. Don't take yourself so seriously, nobody else does.
14. Don't waste your precious energy on gossip.
15. Dream more while you are awake.
16. Envy is a waste of time. You already have everything you need.
17. Forget issues of the past.
18. Don't remind your partner of things that happened in the past, it will ruin your future.
19. Make peace with your past.
20. Nobody is in charge of your happiness, except you.
21. Realize that life is a school and you are here to learn. Problems are simply part of the curriculum, but they fade away and the lessons last a lifetime.
22. Smile and laugh more.
23. If you have found love, don't hesitate.
24. Call your family often.
25. Each day give something good to others.
26. Forgive everyone for everything.
27. Spend time with people over the age of 70, and younger than the age of 6.
28. Try to make at least 3 people smile each day.
29. What other people think of you is none of your business.
30. There is only one free thing in this world, happiness.
31. You're job wont take care of you when you're sick, but your friends will. Stay in touch, heal the fallouts and love one another.
32. Do the right thing.
33. Time heals everything.
34. No matter how bad the situation is, it will change.
35. It doesn't matter how horrible you feel, get up, get dressed and show up.
36. Get rid of anything that isn't useful, beautiful, or joyful.
37. Ugly isn't always ugly.
38. Looks fade, but memories and personality last a lifetime.
39. The best is yet to come.
40. When you awake alive in the morning, be thankful for it.
41. Be happy, it's that simple.
42. If you want your dreams to come true, don't oversleep.
43. Believe in yourself.
44. Blood isn't always thicker than water.
45. If you want to do something, do it. Procrastination is just an excuse.
